You pay. Your clients edit for free.
One subscription per studio, billed in US dollars. Free is free for as long as you like on one site, no card, with a small “Edited with Tusk” link on that site; a paid plan takes the link off and is billed from the day you choose it. Every plan includes the click-to-edit editor, publishing to your own host, and version history. Cancel any time; your websites keep running.

Toggle Yearly above to pay once a year and save 10%. Need more than 15 sites? Enterprise is US$10 per live site per month with unlimited client logins and white-label, billed to your site count. Free, Agency and Operator are hard limits: at the limit, upgrade to add another site.
The Free plan’s badge
A site on the Free plan carries one small fixed pill in its corner, “Edited with Tusk”, written into the page by your build step. It is plain markup: no script, nothing loaded from Tusk when a visitor opens the page. It links to Tusk with your studio’s referral code, so a developer who signs up from your client’s site earns you the same commission as any other referral. Choose Agency or above and the next build removes it.
In every plan
- The click-to-edit editor, on a live preview of the client’s own site.
- Publishing to your own host via a deploy hook or the content feed. Tusk never hosts your site.
- History of the last 30 days, with any version restored as a draft.
- Works with any site whose build runs a script or has a deploy hook: Next, Astro, Eleventy, plain HTML.
- Clients always edit for free. Need a colleague in your studio? Email us and we add them.
